The nose is expressive and layered, showing ripe Mediterranean fruit: fig, date, and stone fruit, lifted by subtle lemongrass, ginger, and a whisper of fresh vanilla. The palate opens with generous peach, green apple, and pear, moving into a well integrated mid palate of kumquat and lemon curd.
