A touch of creaminess from the lees contact and a subtle hint of vanilla from the barrel aging add layers of complexity. Partially fermented in barriques and whole bunch pressed, this delicate wine exhibits a slight sweetness from the barrel. It pairs beautifully with grilled fish, chicken, creamy sauces, and
