A painter and musician, his work is about depression, happiness, rock n roll, mental illness, drugs, Satan, empathy, tropical melancholia, sickness, humor, paranormal, ufos, witches, cartoons, nostalgia, slackerism, and burnout. A selection of Bolin's work was featured in Portray, a group exhibition at Wasserman Projects in the winter of 2019 that
