Koerner - 2023 'The Clare' Red Blend variety_Bianco D'Alessano 800ml capacity // Cup: 8cm65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Cabernet Franc, 11% Grenache, 7% Malbec, 4% Carignan & 2% Sciacarello from the Vivian, Parish and Gullyview Vineyards. All hand harvested and sorted in vineyard, destemm retaining ~ 50% whole berries and no whole bunch. Naturally fermented in open top steel fermenters, hand plunged twice daily and on skins for two weeks. Bordeaux varieties made in a Loire style vibrant, bright fruits & soft tannins.
