The idea for this FRNC was to focus on the aromatics and vibrancy of the fruit

Crafted in Jalisco's lowlands from 100% agave distilled in stainless steel (imparting a brighter taste than some using copper stills) and matured for 18 months in premium oak

and the soil is rich in chalk and chalky clay (marl)

An ongoing collaboration with our friends and honey superstars Tim and Emma from Malfory's Gold Honey

but our main wine is of course Barolo
