The evolution of this wine has been remarkable. 14% Emilio Bulfon's producer page Fumat is an ancient, obscure grape variety which Lorenzo and Emilio started bottling as a single variety wine in 2015. The first vintage produced just 670 bottles, making a red wine full of almost appassimento like flavours and low in alcohol; now the
