Stelling Staghorn Banjo 1980 (originally built for John McEuen) Finish_ Spruce/MahoganyThis is an extremely nice Stelling Staghorn banjo, serial No. 1487 built in 1980 for the well known player John McEuen. It features lovely MOP inlaid borders and aged white binding on the dark stained resonator with the three dimensional "staghorn" adornment on the back and beautiful MOP inlays on the dark Ebony fingerboard and headstock. This banjo is in very good playing condition with a straight neck, low comfortable action and excellent crisp
