The family owned Selva Negra Estate is located in the highlands of Northern Nicaragua. The Estate is also an ecolodge, organic farm, organic cattle ranch, and most importantly a Rainforest Alliance Certified coffee farm. The coffee is shade grown under a canopy of bird friendly native trees. This medium light roast has a full body, lively acidity, and a smooth
