Filthy subframes with ripped or weak sway bar mounting locations are a pretty common issue (even in the E46 world). A must have if you are using stiffer rear sway bars. We take these subframes, check them for straightness, sandblast them, weld rear tab reinforcement, then powder coat it. Simply
