This is a dual Oil Pressure indicator as used to measure oil pressure in the left and right hand supercharger sumps in the US Air Force C-121 transport version of the Lockheed Constellation

The indicator marked for engines 3 & 4 was made by American Meter with a 1944 manufacturing serial number prefix

since all that is required of him is the proper response to its indicators without the necessity of making any mental computations
