But there are only a few Napa Cabernets capable of blowing our skirts up like this one does. Aged in Caldwell Cooperage French oak barrels, it was also treated to a few special moments in a custom clay amphora specifically to expose the purity of Cabernet we grow at Caldwell without the overbearing sweetness of oak running the show. The result
