So much jasmine and pink grapefruit and fresh rocket. Cooked blood oranges and nectarines. Wow! Positively crackling with minerals. Powerful! The grapes spend five days on skins, then are racked into a 700L oak barrel. The wine is bottled in Spring, and released after a couple of months in bottle. Summertime in the glass.
