Domaine, Weinbach other_regions_australia smoked meat and a vegetalThe Alsace grand cru 2021 Furstentum Pinots blends Pinot Gris with Pinot Blanc and was fermented in Burgundy barrels for 14 months. Rich and complex on the palate, this a powerful, saline and structured Pinot Gris with a long and powerful finish. 14% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in April 2024.
