Long Sleeved Shirt Black 3XL RGroup_50005 The Kentucky logo in brownThe Long Sleeve Top in a cotton and poylester mix is ideal for shoulder blade, shoulder and elbow pain. It can also help soothe neck and back pain. You get the best effect from the Welltex fabric when it is in direct contact with your skin. However for relieving shoulder pain, the size and fit of the garment is less important as there will always be fabric body contact in this area anyway.
