Polished Shibuichi Fuchikashira Signed "Nobuyoshi" - Deer in the Autumn Night Iron sukashi tsuba by AkasakaShibuichi fuchikashira signed "Nobuyoshi" with Kao. Iwama Nobuyoshi was born in 1807 and died 1878. He was a student of Iwama Masayoshi who himself was a student of Hamano Naoyuki, Nobuyuki and Toshiyuki. Nobuyoshi was both a swordsmith and fittings maker. This piece comes without certificate however based on quality of design and signature I have no doubt it is an authentic piece. Decorated with deer in the moonlight in autumn. Deer is made in a high
