which is considered to be the oldest Chardonnay in the Hemel-en-Aarde
The palate is medium-bodied with supple but quite firm tannins
The color comes from about 7% pinot noir red wine
Laurent Perrier, Brut NV Vintage:2008 precision and freshnessMagnum. The current vintage Laurent Perrier but about to hand over to 2012. Powerful, mature nose but very fresh on the palate. A baby Grand Sicle? It really seemed rather similar until I tasted Grand Sicle itself but relatively GV.
