It has a roasted character along with Asian spices, incense, and a cocktail of black fruits. Powerful on the palate, this is a packed effort with loads of fruit and tannin that will require a minimum of 8 10 years to become approachable. Emilio Moros Malleolus de Valderramiro is sourced from an 85 year old Tempranillo vineyard of the same name. Alcoholic fermentation is done with
