Nestled amongst the sparklings made by Cantina Paltrinieri is something of a wild oddity a bone dry, pink, fizzy wine from Emilia Romagna in the north of Italy. Dusty pale pink orange, unfiltered, with notes of citrus, violet, dried cherry, raspberry, stone fruit, and grapefruit. Absolutely perfect as an aperitif. As a digestif. As any tif.
