Typically 65% Cabernet Sauvignon and 35% Merlot from around twenty five year old vines on deep sandy gravel at Soussans, matured about sixteen months in clay amphorae and French oak. Structured and powerful, showing blackcurrant, black cherry and plum over tobacco, cedar and spice, with firm, ripe tannins and fresh
