Louis Boillot, Chambolle Musigny other_regions_australia serious and mildly austere finale(80% of the blend is from the villages portion of Beaux Bruns with the remainder from Derrire le Four). An elegant and airy mix features notes of red cherry, raspberry, pomegranate and spice. The sleek, intense and very well detailed, indeed the mouthfeel of the middle weight flavors is chiseled though the tannins shaping the short finish are grippy and serrated.
