Our knefe is offered unbaked with syrup provided separately, as it is best enjoyed hot. Preheat your oven to 390F (200C), then bake the knefe for 5 10 minutes, watching carefully until it turns golden brown. Remove from the oven, pour the syrup over it, and serve hot.
