Biancammare 2024 Piriwe Region: Somló (Hungary)Grape variety: Grillo Alcohol: 11,5% Region: Marsala, Sicily Winemaker: Antonino Barraco Biancammare is a white wine from one of the younger Grillo vineyards planted very close to the sea. Like the Rosammare, it is harvested earlier then the other vineyards in order to make a crisp wine defined by fresh acidity and lower alcohol. A short maceration allows for some phoenolics to build more structure, the wine then rests in concrete and it's bottle
