Daisy Acevedo is a second generation coffee grower who has background in biology. Daisy and her husband Freddy have started to get more and more involved with the Acevedo family farm El Encanto established in 2017. Originally started by Daisys father Gustavo Acevedo this farm has Gesha trees planted under shade in 1750 meters above sea level. Very bright and crisp citrus
