Log Press Tawny Cabernet Franc custard tartsAged 15 years (avg.) Made from a blend of aged tawny fortified wines and matured in large oak casks in the cool of our cellars in the Hunter Valley. This fortified is tawny brown in colour with an olive tinge; the nose exhibits strong nutty aromas complexed with oak characters. The palate is long and flavoursome with an extremely soft smooth finish. A fortified ideally suited to all cheeses and those special desserts. Brilliant with salted roasted
