Sancerre Rose Vintage:2018 This cuvee is produced fromWinemaking Alcoholic fermentation without malolactic fermentation. Then aged in stainless vats. Tasting notes Bright, pale salmon pink colour. Very aromatic bouquet of red fruits, strawberry and raspberry. Lively, fresh, and fruity on the palate, with good persistence. Food pairing suggestion Perfect with spicy dishes such as lamb tagine or prawn curry. Also great as a pre dinner drink served with seafood. Best enjoyed cold.
