Does have cd slot. Trim and buttons are in okay shape. Scratches as shown on the sides and near some of the HVAC buttons. They must've had a couple phone mounts on it as well. Start button cover was removed ans there is some adhesive still on the piece. You can see the adhesive residue. All parts pulled
