It's a very light weight piece - typical of wood that has been baking in the sun for many years

This large and thin piece of driftwood was found up on rocks above Gramvousa Beach in Crete

It clearly came from a small shipwrecked fishing boat as the ribs of the boat are still attached  - and I left them as I found it

narrow and well worn - but showing it's age gracefully
