Not technically Blanche d'Armagnac because of its high proof, this liquid drinks way smoother than it has any right to at 51. 3% abv and is a wonderfully clean alternative to barrel aged brandies. This stuff makes a great substitute spirit in a Sazerac, either on its own or as a split base iteration.
