The spinner does not need to pedal rapidly, the multiplying head does the work but is slightly heavier to treadle than a standard ratio head. Especially suitable for fine fiber, it is supplied with a special fine fibre flyer. Speeds available with this head range from 12. 3: 1 to 32: 1.
