This is an eight year old expression from Speyside distillery Glenrothes, with a rather fascinating maturation history. It started life in a first fill Palo Cortado cask, before being reracked into a sherry butt in October 2020. It's a perfect addition to the Soho Selection range, which focuses on flavour
