In collaboration with UK based experimental electronic artist Stuart Howard (aka LAPALUX), this Gin resembles the Old Tom style. Juniper and Star anise give basis to a floral palate of Elderflower & Lavender, with Black Goji berries providing fruity highlights. A post distillation addition of Butterfly pea completes the transformation to create a Gin that is uniquely inspired by the same
