Textured Small Chef w/ Redwood Burl Accessory Overall Length: 9"This patite kitchen knife was hand forged from high carbon 52100 round bar. The textured blade has been sanded by hand to 800 grit to create a satin finish. The handle is constructed from a gorgeous piece of Maple Burl and Hawiian Mango. I can custom make one for this knife if you'd like to add a leather sheath. You can find that here.
