Nose: Shortbread fingers, maple and soft spices, apple crumble and a touch of Demerara sugar, sweet ripe berries and a little hint of peach and spice. Palate: Smooth and rich with a little spice, baked apple, soft banana bread. Cinnamon and all spice, a creamy lingering mid palate that coats the palate with vanilla and honey. Spices and butterscotch in the
