Fitted bodice with overlapping v neckline and small gathers to the shoulder seams on the straps. Fitted waist with a wide matching cinch belt with big buckle. Full midi length skirt. Back nylon zip to fasten. Made in England, fairly contemporary make, maybe 80s 90s era. Dress is pictured with a petticoat which is not
