Gorgeous Shiraz Old Vine 2022 cape-mentelle The winery’s focus on qualitySilky, fragrant old vine Shiraz from a Master of Wine small batch, big character. Crafted by Giles Cooke MW and his Thistledown team, this Shiraz comes from historic soldier block vineyards planted after the World Wars. Co fermented with a touch of Zibibbo and Fiano to lift aromatics and texture, its a modern interpretation of Australian Shiraz: fragrant, polished, expressive. Hand picked from small parcels of old Soldier Block vines dating back to
