The chosen barrels hosted sweet wines for several years, before joining Uberach. Nose Gingerbread, confit bitter orange, crme brule, hazelnut followed by cardamom, cloves and blond tobacco. Palate Unctuous, Burnt Caramel, Kola nut and cooked peach. Finish Flotsam, Caramel, Iodine.
