Paolo Scavino, Barolo 2012 Zahel On the palate the wineNotes of sweet spice, oak and sandalwood mixed with crisp red fruit and herb characteristics. Beautifully precise fresh and crunchy fruit with a solid, polished structure providing a firm foundation. A Barolo Classico that is a blend from seven single crus in the Barolo, Castiglione and Serralunga regions. Aged for one year in large oak botti and one year in barriques with a maximum of 15 percent new wood.
