La Calcinara, Clochard 2024 Brunello pale and fragrant with floralNamed Clochard, meaning 'vagrant' in French, for being produced from Verdicchio vines that lie outside the Verdicchio Castelli DOC boundary. Lime zest, spring hawthorn and apple blossom, with a fine, chalky element and touch of cardamom too. The palate is zippy and bursting with life lime juice, a gentle bitter and creamy almond note, and briney freshness too, finishing with long, yellow pepper accented tang.
