IWS 68 intermediate car for Seldén mast sections C192, C208, C225, C242 Deck Organizer providing precise trimming controlThis composite car is used as an intermediate sail car between and below battens. A bushing on the shaft prevents chafe on the webbing. The IWS car simplifies hoisting, reefing and dousing and is used for Seldns newest C sections. The side load created by the full batten is taken up by the wheels as the slider tilts to the side and a buffer bearing centers the slider in the groove. The mast groove and the car makes for a perfect match handling loads
