Sherry cask maturation is an ideal partner for Glengoyne spirit. As time goes on incredible complexity is apparent, with an 'old school' sherry character, think dried fruits, mahogany, roasted nuts and leathers. This cask was selected by the Russell family, the current owners of Glengoyne distillery as well as Tamdhu and Rosebank.
