Navarra Graciano 2023, Vina Zorzal Olive Oil known for intense blackberry andVery serious for the price, this is a fabulous Graciano from the wizards at Vina Zorzal in Navarra, just south of Rioja. From high altitude vineyards, around 600 metres above sea level on stony soils, this ferments with wild yeast exclusively in stainless steel before spending around 4 months in oak barrels. This is dark and peppery with black cherry, plum and blackberry notes and some savoury herbal flecks.
