Chapoutier, Ermitage de L'Oree 2016 Utopia Cider melon and a hint ofWhat an intense golden yellow in colour. The nose is super intense, hot stones minerality, caramel, very ripe citrus, fruity lemon with floral notes of acacia and hawthorn. The palate is oily, ample, very complex attack with notes of ripe fruit, spices, toast. Very nice length and with a fresh finish. This wine can be enjoyed now but has the structure to develop over 20 30 years.
