Master distiller Desmond Payne added tea to his roster of 12 botanicals in this London dry bottling, including Japanese Sencha and Chinese green varieties. Classic citrus, spice and juniper are all wonderfully prominent, too. 24 is in the name because the botanicals are steeped in spirit for a full 24 hours prior to distillation. Tasting
