Nose Cinnamon spiced toffee, apple and caramelised walnut brittle intertwine with flamed orange on a smouldering open fire. Palate Raisin and honeyed walnut meld with bramble ganache and smoked chocolate fudge. Finish Lingering sultana, nutmeg and treacle with wisps of smoked clove.
