JORDAN Cobblers Hill 750ml Semillon mandarin blossom and toasted almondPaarl. This wine pays homage to the shoemaking heritage if the Jordan family. One west facing vineyard overlooking Cape Town interplanted with three Bordeaux varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. The palate is richly layered and intriguing with a variety of opulent flavours which includes Sichuan pepper and blackcurrants. The 24 month barrel ageing adds viscosity and a spicy finish.
