Corra Linn Size:2KG (1/4) This Pinot Grigio pairs wellRich, brothy and full of umami, with a familiar floral zing that lifts the whole cheese. The texture sits somewhere between Manchego, Pecorino and Parmesan, crumbly, firm and pleasingly eclectic in the mouth. Made by Selina on Humphrey Erringtons Farm using milk from her herd of 450 Lacaune sheep. Working from a Manchego recipe, she has created something that feels both recognisable and completely its own.
