François d'Allaines, Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune En Clos Bortier 2020 Gift Set almonds and toastClos Bortier overlooks the village of Saint Aubin, and Franois d'Allaines added the parcel of vines used to make this red to his own portfolio in 2020, developing his holdings in Beaune. The wine has attractive aromas of blackberries and currants, and satisfying, full, red fruit flavours with suggestions of liquorice and spice.
