All barrels come with a flat pack stand made out of pine which can either be left raw or painted/stained before being assembled

These barrels are made from oak sources from cooperages that has been weathered to remove and modify the wood tannins

The barrels have a lower surface area that the spirits are in contact with compared to a full wood mini barrel so there is less chance of over oaking the product

The surface area is close to the area in a full size barrel so the spirit can spend longer in the barrel to help develop the unique flavours compared to using oak chips or dominoes

Barrels are made from Cooperage Aged Oak
