Clarendon Parish 2007 The Wild Parrot 60.5% 70cl MetaxaJamaican Clarendon Wild Parrot 2007 2022 60. 5% Nose: Spices and hay bales, dark notes, polished leather, wet oak, dark and tasty fruits flow across the nose effortlessly. Palate: Tangy rich and complex aromas, old school rum for sure with the opening of the palate, Sharp sweet spices, black cracked peppers, dark liquorice and hints of dark cherry, a rich liquorice root comes in to play across the whole palate, tangy blackcurrant, and spiced apple.

Nose: Tangy rich full bodied single malt from Speyside with a hint of rich citrus and fruit across the nose

smoke and peat play a dominant but not too overwhelming part of the palate

silky texture

Nose: Honey with cherry blossom and soft caramel and vanilla notes

lots of soft and creamy notes including golden caramel and whipped fudge

Ardbeg have selected some exception and rare casks for this great vintage single malt

a little hint of fresh ginger root
