Distilled in 2013, the liquid was then left to mature in Madeira casks and bottled by Thompson Bros. Bottled at 54. 8% and limited to 412 bottles. Nose: Cacao nibs, medjool dates and min leaves. Palate: Cinnamon sticks, chamomile and cloves. Finish: More dried fruits and star anise.
